Sprout — Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: July 11, 2026 · Sprout is operated by Alenlor, LLC

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Alenlor, LLC (“Alenlor,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Sprout app and related services (the “Service”). By downloading or using Sprout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Sprout provides parenting guidance and children’s communication‑skills activities. It is an educational tool for general information only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the Kid Zone.

Subscriptions, free trial & auto‑renewal

Sprout Premium is offered as an auto‑renewable subscription, available monthly or annually, with an optional 7‑day free trial for new subscribers.

Purchases made on our website instead of the app are billed by Stripe and are governed by the same renewal terms; you manage those from the account link in your receipt or by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse‑engineer it, resell access, or use it in any unlawful way. The Service, including its content and software, is owned by Alenlor, LLC and protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use it for your family.

Apple’s standard EULA

If you obtained Sprout through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference; where it and these Terms conflict, the minimum terms required by Apple control for the App Store version.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alenlor, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in the Service should be relied upon for decisions about a child’s health or safety.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here before taking effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
